Approve, reject, send data
Decide a waiting listen. Reject is not a failed run.
Decide from Tasks or from the run composer. The payload is a signal on decision. Chrome copy is Review, Send data, Submit — never Temporal.

- Approve — contact-lead calls the Plane hop with the lead-shaped egress
- Reject — skip Plane; run Completed

sendData and form kinds collect fields from prompt.schema and Submit. Use these when the hop needs structured input, not a yes/no.
Already decided
A second Approve or Reject is a no-op in the UI (Already decided). Do not retry to “fix” Plane after reject; start a new lead with a new externalId if needed.
If this fails
| Symptom | Cause |
|---|---|
| Approve and Plane missing | Hop failure — the run may be Failed, not Completed |
| Reject shows Failed | Unexpected; reject/timeout should Complete |
| Composer disabled | Wait already resolved or timed out |
