Open RunsWhen you use it
Use Runs to answer “what happened to this id?” Filter by status, artifact, or saved view. Open a row for the envelope, hop timeline, and graph.

Portal chips: Running, Waiting, Completed, Failed, Canceled. Completed includes contact-lead reject/timeout (Plane skipped). Failed is a hop or system error, not a human reject.
Envelope
Every run has:
- trigger —
API·MESSAGE·WEBHOOK·SCHEDULE·MANUAL - status / times
- result — outcome, duration, counters (
scanned,matched,written,skipped,failed) - events[] — hops from the fact stores
- graph — for workflows

How it looks in Portal
Dense table, correlation id, payload drawers where allowed. Auto-refresh while Running or Waiting. Header breadcrumb: Runs › {id}.
If this fails
| Symptom | Cause |
|---|---|
| Run missing after 202 webhook | Start still Pending — check Webhooks Events |
| Empty payload | PII is on the webhook event row, not Temporal input |
| Two rows for one lead | Two different externalId values |
